Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the UK–US Data Bridge (for certified US providers) or Standard Contractual Clauses for other locations.

Client and financial records: 7 years, to meet legal and insurance requirements.
General enquiries: typically deleted after 24 months.
Marketing (email addresses): until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Where you have consented to receive our newsletter, you may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email.
